Of course, here are a couple. Without non-destructive testing, I can't say for sure if the crack goes through, but to avoid disappointment I'll assume it does and let prospective purchasers decide for themselves.

Looking at the (few) marks on the stem, it looks as if it may have been fitted to a very shallow depth then tightened, which might explain the crack.

Im intrested in these bars:

3T Forgie bars, MEX (deep drop) classic bend, 25.8mm diameter, 46cm o-o, black anodized, 255g. Dual cable grooves for Campa Ergos. Fitted and used a handful of times. Some marks where coerced into the aforementioned Podium stem, otherwise VGC. £30 NOW £22.
