Road bike for London commuting

I'm looking to buy a complete road bike for commuting in London, and for the occasional longer cycle. Frame size would need to be around 56cm, and preferably a Reynolds 531 or similar, but will consider others. Budget is around £200.

I have a really old townsend 531 road bike with down tube shifters 2x6 gearing looks like a bag of bolts (for a reason) but rides perfectly in 56cm its a full on commute bike yours for the grand total of £85 posted ow pro-lite saddle and new black bar tape.
