Road/Audax/Cross frame with rack/mudguard mounts

Hi there!

Looking for a slightly better suited frame to do a 35 mile round trip commute to school with. Anyone got an old road or cyclocross frame with rack mounts? Preferably steel, can be banged up.

Top tube 57-58.5 cc
Seat tube: anything!
Preferably steel
Disc/canti or road brakes.

I was looking at Ribbles Winter frame and the Planet X Kaffenback, but I'm curious what I'd be able to find here.

Would need shipping to the Netherlands!

if it's relevant, carradice make a seatpost mounted saddlebag that fits a4 papers and makes a great commuting bag for bikes without racks.
