Has anybody got a cunning way of overcoming a compromised Weinmann brake lever mount riveted type nut? These are the type that are fitted into drill holes on the bars.
I'd take a picture but I'm not at home. One of them is fine the other is loose and to be frank I think they are a bad idea. My initial thinking is cut them both off and replace them with a traditional clamp, tape over the holes and forget about them but I was interested if anybody else had experienced similar?
