sorta of blurry pics ,crappy camera :LOL:......so whats the story on the brazed stub forks , who was a popular builder of these ? did Ritchey make any? i do not see any in his catalog ahchive. thanks for any info

Hollister or one of the others might know, better than I. I'll let them chime in if they feel like it.

I believe that was done for the larger bikes for sure, and maybe more, yes. Find a twin strut (bullmoose) handlebar/stem combo for this ride :)

got to meet "THE MAN--RITCHEY! this weekend at the HANDMADE BIKE SHOW in AUSTIN,TEXAS,i wish he could have signed the bike ,but i did not have it with me ! but i did get a picture with him ,i'll post a picture in a few days..

That's a Gary Fisher Fillet brazed Stem and probably the fork too. Perhaps Teesdale made, off a Mt. Tam maybe?
The roller material is also a dead giveaway but,

I've had a few of those over the years
here's the one I sold several years ago. It was a Roller Cam version of that fork.
