Deore XT 7-speed (8th hidden) thumbies. Right one functions otherwise great, but the lever with which you switch to friction doesn't work/is damaged. Left one is likely for parts only, although it can probably be salvaged with some work - £20 / pair

Think the GT seatpost could be for me (for a GT Pantera) but I can't get to the frame until Tuesday to measure it up....any chance you could hold it for me ?

Sure thing, rear is 130 mm, front 100 mm, and it fits a 7 speed HG cassette.
