Rims for Alpinestars

Hello everybody my friends! I'm trying to finish my Alpinestars almega and I'm not sure on what pair of rims to choose!
The build is a top build and is based on the polished silver and anodized blue colors!
Any suggestions?

I would go with Shimano XT on Mavic 231 silver rims but if you fancy the blue ano then go for Hope Ti in blue with the same rims
where in Italy are you I have friends in Di senzano del garda and Naples

Desenzano del Garda? I live near Venice!
Shimano xt hubs? I already have them on my Rigida CSB rims! But they seems too.. Normal!!
My idea was Araya RM 400 or RM 395 with, I don't know, blue Pulstar hubs and blue nipples! Or blue Sun Ringe CR 17 with some silver hubs!
My bike is from 1993 and I don't wanna put pieces from very different years!

As a race bike it would have run mavins in the UK
Hubs sound spot on tho
Lovely Venice I would happily house swap you can ride the wild landscape of Derbyshire while I eat and drink myself silly in Venice
