I can do the lot as long as you're after threaded and my steerer's long enough NOS YST black headset like you'd find on muirwoods palisades trail end of the '93 marin range. Unmarked dark matt charcol grey steel fork off lower spec Cannondale M' early '90's thearded I'll measure the steerer tomorrow and seatpost + riser bar I've got a few, you can have clean but undranded or tatty but branded.

£40 delivered for the lot.

Right the Cannondale fork turned out to not be of the threaded variety so you're in luck it has just over 200mm steerer and is very clean has one small rub on the crown and a few lttle marks here and there but still pretty clean, star fitted. I have a brand new in its box black stronglight headset a virtually unmarked black club roost sport riser bar and I have got a seatpost that'll fit but I've just moved and I've got to go though a lot of boxes, £40 delivered for the lot.

Rigid 1 1/8 fork in black, with a once fitted but never used headset and a seatpost for £25 posted. You'll have to find your own riser bar, though.
