I've seen a few respected road biking people on the web state that you should have your bars roughly in line with the front axle. This makes sense with the advice above. Shorten the stem and give it some rise.
I did 15 miles into work this morning and it felt good. Just a bit too much on the wrists so I'll rise the bars a bit and I can put the seat into the mild as it's pretty far back. I'd say the top tube length suits me but the bars need to be on a 120mm reach not 150.
