reusing fox fork stickers

Managed to pull off the stickers of my fox fork lowers and been in storage for about 1/2 months whilst i repaint them.

Is the stocky glue likely tp deteriorate as it was exposed to air?

What would ne the best eay to retrstick them? Dont really eant to fork (geddit) out on a new set.

Personally, if you've gone to the trouble of repainting the forks then I'd spend a little more on some new decals.

Two probs withat approach. Firstly i cannot find matching stickets.
Secondly i am a cheapskate..... so got some spray adhesive off ebay and to my surprise and delight, it did the job very well.


A cloth dampened in paraffin to wipe off adhesive that squeezed out past the edges.

Lemme see if i can attach photo using phone...

I noticed Mojo are selling older style decals off at the moment: http://www.mojostore.co.uk/acatalog/2003-Decals.html I think there are ones like yours for £2 a set (Decal: 03 F80X Ref: 024-05-034). I'd grab a few sets.

Dratt. ... thats cheaper than the glue .... which will come in handy.
