hell no... last sit on the Kona was last Sunday around local common, I made it half way up the first hill, realised I needed to vomit and walked the rest... did manage to get up about 5 yards of uphill later on, but only cos it had started p*ing down...

I might just stay in the carpark and do laps of that instead....
