Retrobike Sports Casuals vs. MM08 Training Log

OK, sat did a 30 min run, ie no bike :shock:
First run in about 10 yrs
Legs felt like they had been smacked with a baseball bat on Sun
My legs still feel it now in places
hmmm, bodes well for MM!! :LOL:
 
did nothing at all for 4 days . well rode 300yds this morning to get the paper . :oops:
and ate and drank quite a bit . re :oops:
 
Log flume

Llandegla in the snow on Sunday (tough), an amble around the water park with Jo today, followed by gypsy toast, a sprinkling of cinnamon and maple syrup...

Friday: An hour on the TT; 15 warm up, 30 hard, 15 warm down

Saturday: Nowt, just fettling the bikes ;)

Sunday: Lincoln Retrobike ride :cool: About 25 miles in the snow! :D

Monday: Half an hour on the TT, 10 warm up, 10 very hard :shock: , 10 warm down
 
Weather, baby, work, lazyness, and now iv'e got bloody man flu.
Might well be a bit slow on sunday :oops:

Did my best to "use the hill's", ride them fast and hard and make them hurt my legs :shock:

In my mind theres no gain without pain :LOL:
