Im heading down on the Friday James , hopefully camping if it aint too cold. The bunkhouse at £13 per night, heated and showers and mattresses sounds very tempting.

Beers sounds good too

No, Speculation is a left turn out of pedalabikeaway and about half a mile up there on your right hand side. It's just a carpark, no facilities. I think you're getting confused with Beechenhurst up Speech house road.
