Best build has to be either the "Fat Chance" or the "Ibis" for me, both fit this Months Criteria, and both top flight builds.

The kestrels Cool, but for me it shouldn't even be here IMHO.

With you 100% Fat and Ibis every time.
Kestrel is just a spuriously titled space filler entry. It's no more 'limited edition' than any custom made bike - ie an edition of 1. Added to which no brake pads means it falls foul of rule 7.
