Thanks for the map, John. What sort of terrain are we talking?

Took the Alien for it's shake down run yesterday - after solving the stiff link and the 'semi-automatic' gear shifting, everything went well apart from the slipping seat post. By the time I had done half an hour I looked like a chimp on a bike looking for his circus!

Realised though, that it does take some time before you really 'trust' a bike - suspect there may be a few offs on Saturday... :shock:

The trails in Cannock are pretty smooth - some good fun bits though. It's no Peak district filling rattler that's for sure

As for clothing, BITD, new school, jeans and bandito moustache, whatever.
