Think it's time to organise another retrobike meet.

Ideas for venues and dates please (when is the south coast ride going on?!?)

I propose Wales . no idea where though .

Not too far from most of us ( 4 hours drive ? ) and motorway access for everybody I imagine .

Early to mid october to have a last chance at good weather ?

I was planning to do a Snowdon run around that time with a few mates (if they turned up on modern bikes would anyone talk to them?)

Noth wale might be a bit far for us southerner .

North Wales is still "south" - geographically!

If I remember, the centre of the UK is Caton, near Lancaster.

Below Birmingham is a nightmare for us Northerners

Just checked and Snowdon is about 5h drive from london . :cry:

I think 3 hours drive need to be the limit , otherwise overnight accomodation and extra costs would be involved .
