They all have possibilities but the trek looks way better value and it’s a good quality frame, I’d be checking that the seat post is free mind!
As some sort of a bench mark - I paid £62 for the Fire Mountain frameset, and had the majority of the parts in the parts bin. Had some fun finding brake levers that could pull V and calliper, but pleased how it turned out.
