Retro Touring Bike - Reynolds 531st - Suntour XCE Groupset - What is it???

I've had this Touring bike for some time now and I am in the dark to what it is.
Its been suggested to me its a British Eagle Touristique but I have never seen one with these forks or group-set

23 inch Reynolds 531 Super Touristique frame and forks
700c wheel set
21 speed gears
Full XCE group set
It seems all original from manufacture except the Italia saddle

I'm looking for advice from some of you experts to point me in the right direction.

I would say Touristique too, there is a picture of one with the same forks

it does looks similar but not the same ( could be wrong) but the forks are definitely not the same
