retro orange seat or not ?

Hi,

calling on your expert opinions again. Bought a job lot of spares the other week, most I dont need/won't fit my bike so will be ebaying surplus. is this a retro orange seat or fairly new ?
Any help again most appreciated.

It's from around 1999 as I had one on my Orange Airo.
