I just have too many bikes, so need a clear out.
Marin Shoreline Trail, 2001 model & owned from new. Size; 17.5 or medium. Same frame as the Mount Vision, but with a coil shock rather than air. Probably more reliable as time goes on. Frame is ball burnished & has red decals to match other components. Swing arm has had the V brake bosses removed & been repainted red to match the 2002 Rockshox Judy Race forks (coil, adjustable, alloy steerer).
Wheels are hand built Mavic X618, black spokes on Coyote sealed bearing hubs. Panaracer 2.1 tyres; plenty of tread. Avid BB5 cable disc brakes (rear less than a year old). New cables throughout.
8 speed XT levers, rear mech & cassette. LX crankset & front mech. SRAM silver chain. X-Lite Clikon seatpost & colour coded gel saddle. Raceface stem & bars. Pedals will be red DDG flats, not the SPDs as pictured.
A good condition, well maintained retro ride with some good period upgrades. Bad bits; it's a 10 year old bike, so there is some evidence of use. The Judy Race decals are peeling, the rear rim has been used with a V brake in the past & the tyres are getting on.
Looking for £250.00 or near offer. Cash on collection from Nottingham NG5 preferred. Can look into postage at buyers cost.
