Retro hope hubs?

Are these retro hope hubs... wasn’t aware hope made a carbon hub in the 90s

Frm? Nuke proof carbon was textured, not smooth. Dont look like pace ones, they had different end caps. There were others, cant remember right now. I think formula did some?
 
100% not hope. Wrong shape for Nuke proof, FRM rang a bell.

I thought of Hershey, but it's not that, or Pace.

Look most similar to Bullseye, but I don't think they did carbon...?

Wasatch Cycle Works (WCW) would be my guess?

I can't think of many out there that had carbon bodies and purple flanges, with the bearings exposed like that...
