i am finding myself increasingly drawn to the old full suspension designs at the minute.
currently have a 92 proflex, simple elastomer back end and a flex stem up front, 95 proflex similar idea back end but coil and dampened shock, later proflex beast frame with ods shock (oil/elastomer) and a 99 specialized stumpjumper fsr.
i have an lts awaiting payment too
would love an earlier fsr, klein whatsitcalled, early cannondale, turner burner, muddy fox interreactive, verlichi/kona/iron horse, trek 9000... the list goes on
i think they represent a fast changing era of our recent history and i think the different aproaches are quite interesting
don't worry I haven't gone soft, I am still a hardtail guy at heart.
what are the landmark suspension bikes?
