On offer is a steel front pannier rack made by the Tonard Brazing Company of South Norwood !
I prepared it a year or so ago, it had quite a lot of dirt on the surface, but as can be seen it has polished up to a high gloss and has held the finish.
It was fitted to a 27" wheel bike and there is just over 36cm of clearance from the centre of the mounts to the bracing bars.
There is a single non-adjustable strap to mount to the forks.
