retro bottle cage query

Having lost a bottle or two from the downtube mounts, I've decided to remount my bottles on the handlebars the way they did when I were a lad................At least if they come off in future, I'll know sooner and avoid retracing my steps.

IIRC the cages were either held shut by a cam and a spring (hope that makes sense) or held shut due to overlapping wire construction (does that make sense)

Are such cages still available?

Here is frame mounted retro bottle cage with the spring catch/clamp.

This works well with my Coloral bottle.

They make some good modern day equivalents of retro gear. Its very good quality.
