Retro Bike trip out, all VERY early 90's

Been lurking on here for a bit, and I’ve really enjoyed the ride report type threads with pictures! So I thought I should do one myself. Me and my mate thought we should check out the Scar Tree Trail in Wakerley Woods in Northamptonshire. Not a massive ride as its only 5 KM trail so you need to do a few laps, but it’s a blue trail with some cool twisty berm sections, and although no massive DH sections you can get some good speed up, so much so that I ran out of talent on at least 2 occasions, 2nd fall knocked the wind out of me for sure! Anyway, loving the first image, we have 93 Orange, a 93 Marin and a 91 VW. I didn’t stop to take pictures of the cool twisty bits, so just a couple of scenic ones. Nice place, would recommend checking it out.

Awesome that is a nice wood very flat quite easy but good fun and defiantly worth going more than once...did you go off the Proper bike tracks there is a lot more in there if you want to get really muddy

Only by taking a wrong turn, it actually wasn't as muddy as I expected. The mud on my back is because I landed in a puddle on one of my falls. Will be going back and doing a bit more exploring.
