Restored Claude Butler to be sold for charity advice

Hi all
This restoration project on my neighbours Claude Butler was completed a couple of years ago and he has hardly ridden it but wants it to be sold and the proceeds to go to a homeless charity that he works for in his spare time. look at the build link below.

Its a mishmash of very old, quite old and just a bit old , not sure how to sell or how much but if some kind soul would like it and would look after it then a price can be arranged . I've posted here as its not your usual sale and would like some advice as to what he should ask for it and how to sell.

Hi I'll check think its 21 1/2 inch 54cm ctc ish in the link in the picture Im sure its set for me or very close Im 5ft 8/12 inside leg 30 inches

I'll also take it to the Eroica this Saturday in Bakewell, I'll be there both days riding my Sean Kelly KAS Carbone Mavic SSC complete with KAS jersey

Lovely looking bike. Eroica would be a great place to sell it. Maybe have a word with the organisers and they might even announce it on stage.....or even auction it if it's going to charity?
