Rescued a dawes with weird gears , leather saddle Help?

Thanks for your help and advice, still uncertain of model but bike is now split for parts, will have to let ebay determine the value. I have left the headset on and the head badge although I am sure these would fetch a fair amount on there own.
It has a alatet headset which I have seen from looking on ebay they fetch around £60 for a plain one, this it patterned.

Its been stripped down and sitting on a some temporary wheels, selling the mech and shifter as spares or repairs as cage looks out of shape and jockey wheels are worn. The rear flip flop hub is also up for grabs. As for the bike, bars as it sits in these pictures I don't know what to do, it fits me nice so might find a new single speed rear wheel

Shame to not keep it all together. Bent or not, and rough, it's a complete bike which has survived intact for a long time and there aren't that many examples.
