repainting titanium - who in Europe?

I would like to repaint my titanium frame. It is already painted so the older paint need to be stripped away first. Any recommendations where I can send it to? Ballpark price? I firmly believe it will rejuvenate my "relationship" with the bike.

Argos cycles (frame manufacturer) in Bristol aren't afraid of Titanium, however having it polished would be my preference!

If its already painted, why not just flat it back, prime it ti take out any imperfections, then paint?

iirc - Linksey paint some Ti frames - but have to go very careful 'shot' stripping old paint to avoid accumulative weakening caused by the 'keying' process.

I can do it ,you use carbon paint stripper and epoxy primer for surface prep ,ive done 5 in the last 6 months,I have also lacquered over raw titanium and its sticks well
