Refurb Help - Bottom cable guide

Should I remove the bottom cable guide prior to having the frame sprayed? If so will a standard pop rivet be sufficient to hold it back in place?

It’s hard to see, but that should be just a pan head screw and you should be able to unscrew it and replace it after painting.

Yes, remove the rivet and guide before painting, takes seconds with a drill. And just use new pop rivet when you replace it after painting
