Aztec. Even Shimano started using them on the U-brakes that were still being used on higher end 1992 GT's.
They were branded as Shimano pads but were identical to Aztecs.
You can also fit V-brake pads too. The cartridge types are particular practical if you use the bike a lot and wear through pads quickly.
