You maybe already know them but i'm off to see twisted wheel next week and they are awesome. Sort of a hard indie rock i'd say

On a folky trip, frank turner is awesome, as are two gallants, sundowner and drag the river

yep the whole genre, depends what your after within dubstep but some artists ive been listening too lately (or just generally) are:

joker (from bristol ), skream, mt. eden, rusko, digital mystikz, DZ, dutty dubz, crissy criss, sukh knight, platician/plasticman, mc jakes,caspa, l.wiz, goth trad to name a few
also some good remixes are coming out, just google dubstep remixes and there is a website full of them. i remember (almost) back in the day with mary ann hobbs late night sessions with plastician. it seems she has sort of pioneered the way for dubstep. mary ann hobbs also has a dubstep compilation cd out too
