Recommend me a good 1" threaded headset for under £20

It's for a 1992 Cannondale (Killer V frame style). Needs to be threaded, 1" and preferably silver. Are the cheapo Tange headsets any good?

I like the steel Tange headsets or if you can get one a second hand steel campagnola or miche headset are good, very well made are steel italian headsets.
