Recomend me some SPD MTB Shoes

I want to get some proper Mtb shoes for around £100. What shoes are best?

I like Pearl Izumi X-Road shoes; I bought a new pair recently from Evans, they are extremely comfortable (so much so, I wear them all day at work!)

Bit of a discount too; currently £45 (apparently retail for £85!)

I use Specialised BG shoes. Superb.

I've had Shimano in the past which were ace, but my foot got damaged, so need a wider fit.

The only way to tell is try several makes and see what fits.

Another Vote for the Spesh Body Geometry shoes here, the Comp should be around your price range..
Have always been a fan of Sidi as well, but find them a little narrow now?

And another for Spesh. I have feet like flippers with some nobbly bobbly bits attached,, and nothing else is as comfy!

I tried on the BG Comps and found I was in between sizes, going back to try different makes although I do fancy the specialized BG's. I think Shimano do half sizes.

Shimano shoes come up small, so you need to buy a size bigger.

Sidi are going cheap at the largest online bike shop, cool shoes, a bit narrow though..which is good for people with narrow feet :roll:
