Hi I been riding and building this bike I got from a local classified add. I originally got it to convert it to an ebike because it had plenty of room in the frame to fit a battery. I then learn more about old school mtb and retro builds in general and came to love the bike even more.
My rear suspension sometimes bottoms out against the suspension itself and k am thinking of putting harder coil but I am not sure what will fit there. I used this bike as an urban commuter and where I commute is very hilly so the bike does a lot of uphill and downhill time but on tar roads most lot with urban tires Maxxis dth but now I also trying the Maxxis ikon every so often.
The original Sunn coil reads 43/98 Sunn 14 but I am note sure what this means
