rear shock fsr- doing full rebuild

Want to put 150mm forks on but won't bother unless I can change rear shock. Not sure what the options are im thinking freeride bike so 130ish at the back and good handling. . Are differnt links for shock important what have ppl used and are happy with.

This is my rig now-not sure what year only thing ive done is disk on the front, I have full xt chainset on the way, new rear wheel, magura 33 hydraulic vbrake and im going to strip frame repaint black with 2013 colours through it- orange and blue.

Have you had a lookk through the "Show me your FSR" thread? Anything take your fancy. Heaps of different types of builds there.

Ye I have but not much has been said for year or problems or even how the ride is with different heights. Thought would be good to have an all in one thread. Ill be writing up how my build goes along the way and any problems and how I fixed it for anyone doing the same later

you wouldnt know what year it is thought? i think it was 99 that i got it but I cant remember..
