Iwanna put rear discs on my giant ATX 2 but only has V mounts.

well confused now 
this atx1 has no v brake mounts and the disc brake mounts are above where the wheel goes

yet this atx 1,still no v mounts, but also doesnt have the disc mounts above the wheel clamp. It does have some 'holes' on the lower triangle though. Could these be mounting holes as mine has these. The first bike doesnt

you will probably have to get one brazed on
but your pics of frame with mount holes on triangle but no actual mounts might prove different?

thats the one that confused me as the holes below are the same as ihave on mine but he has no V mounts. Is it poss that them holes are for a disc brake as they are usuall on top??
please dont say i will have to get one brazed on, just had it powedered :cry:

gonna be cheaper to find out which hope caliper fits, anyone know where i could find out which one it is? Just bought a set of wheels for it last week, sunn single track disc only rims so a bit stuck. Even if i got a similar rim that would work with magura rim brakes im not sure they would fit coz the tyre is huge
