Not easily based on how it is pictured. You aren't using any spacers/washers which is generally how one would tune in a calliper using the IS mount style, but in your case you need to move the calliper in the direction of the frame, which is in the way. If it were post mount it would be much simpler/possible, the only options I see, and I would not do either, is to file some meat from the frame mounts, or the calliper.
