Rear cable hanger solutions?

Does anyone know where I can a rear cable hanger that mounts either side of the seat clamp, with room for a cable adjuster? no room inbetween the seatclamp on my Gazelle. Preferably from the UK.

Do you need it pretty soon? I've a Weinmann (I think) stop of that type squirrelled away in Mum & Dad's garden shed but can't get my hands on it until mid-April. From memory, bit tatty but it'd do the job.

There's no great rush but I'd like to get the bike back on the road as soon as possible. Guess there's no real demand for these now, found a few with no adjustment but I think that'd get annoying quickly.
