Really nice Cannondale with heashock

Not sure of the model I am more of a track guy, but I bought the frame and now built it into a really nice bike,all the running gear is xt and in great condition with little use I have taken time finding all the parts,the brake levers are XTR,the crank is XT the rear front mech XT changers XT 9 speed triple,and the brakes are XT I have has a brand new set of wheels built with deore hubs and Mavic 177 rims and put some Nobby nics on and a 9speed XT cassette,seatpost is a Thomson and bars are Easton carbon.
I was looking for about £350 for it if that is way out please let me know,the frame has been repainted and is mint and the headshock has had a service.
It,s a 19'' frame

If you decide to split it, I'd be very interested in the frame and forks.

Was going to buy that same frame and forks when it was up for sale on here a few weeks back but spent too long umming and ahhhing and you beat me to it!
