It's 2 sets of bottle cage brazings too which would indicate later than earlier .?

It's tricky though as it has the older style rack brazings and lever brazings which usually are a later thing ?!?

On a serious note, I'd guess is DB 531
I’m really interested and have messaged the seller but the lack of a sticker is making me a little weary… is there anything I can do to be more sure?

It will be 531 db. Decal is irrelevant, anyone can stick a 531 transfer on. Lugs, frame details, plating say higher end model,
