weird. Sorry guys, this does diddly squat for me.
Not even sure what they are trying to do with the build. Make a new bike look retro-ish by using new stuff reissued and special edition bits? :?

Also goes to the effort of an art gallery for photo, then stuffs it in that gear! :roll:

word to that - the forks are clearly a homage to the '95 Judy SL, the decals are repro's of the <'93 GT range, so is it a early or mid 90s repro? Either way purple ano was long gone in the collective concious of the mtb market when RS introduced the influential primary colours of the Judy SL & DH. I can understand the use of Kore stuff (long association with GT) but Race Face Evolv x-type cranks? Turbines (black or silver) would be far more appropriate. If this sounds anal, well it is but so is the concept of a project like this, so what's the point only for it to be half-arsed :?

Why does everything end up getting dissected?

I think i've only seen one, maybe two bikes ever where i think 'every part on that build is perfect', yet i don't feel the need to point that out for every bike i see :roll:
