Re-attaching teflon coating on fork bushings

So, I have a nice old Psylo Race fork and took it apart for the first time since i got it off ebay a year ago.

One of the top bushings in one of the lower legs has had its teflon coating come unstuck -

There is no way new bushings are viable - cost more than a new set of nicer forks! SO is there any chance I could superglue the coating back on?

Do you think it will stay put, and are there any other glues I should use instead?

Also on another note, do you think that it is worth replacing the seals with the new kit I got (for the foam rings really) even though they were not really leaking or causing problems before?

It will be difficult but try epoxy, It will hold better and last longer, and keep the bushings greased as well. Good luck

Thanks I just put them back together without the teflon - bit of play but nice and plush so what hey.
