I'll throw in my latest build, 1960 Carpenter Olympic, with purposely added long cage as I want to tackle few hills this spring as I ain't spring chicken anymore Pictured in front of Eton College Housemaster's entrance, how nice of them to make me feel so welcome and put a proper VIP entrance for us.

I have a choice of frames to build up:
1. Joe Waugh 531c race
2. Rourke 531c audax
3. Rourke 653 race
4. Longstaff 531DS audax
5. Ellis Briggs 531c audax

It’s prob going to be the Longstaff first followed by the Rourke 653 cos I’ve never owned a 653 frame before.

Im not expecting any votes but my1982 RRA will be used throughout the spring months. Bought as a complete bike, brought back to spec apart from a nice Campagnolo Record headset that it came with, new Duro tyres, new old stock SA brake cables, new Dia-Compe hoods and a Sugino seat binder. Toe clips to be fitted soon!

I have no need for another bike, no room for another bike but I’ve gone and bought another bloody bike
A late night evilbay browsing session resulted in me putting an offer in on a bike listed as a 1979 RRA. The listing pics were not the best, quite low res and bad lighting, I asked no questions and took a gamble, my offer was accepted . I’m happy about it though! It’s mostly original and has potential. Patina and unseen damage to be assessed on arrival. I think it’s ice green with a mix of Campy GS, SR and Weinmann components, you know the one.
