Ratio of Small Med and Lge Frame sizes for sale

As a newbie to the scene and always looking for a special project I am staggered at the apparent lack of small used frames available, seem to be plenty in medium and large sizes.

Do they make less small frames in general or do us shorties not sell their frames on very often ?

Really? Hardly seems to be decent in 19"+ but plenty 15-18. Depends what you call small. 18" must be most common size?

I would call a 15 -16" small.

Averages, its all about averages in the bike industry. The average male rider tends to fit mediums in the UK market place, possibly in far east smalls are common and larges in Scandanavia.
Try being near 2 meters tall and see how many XL's you get on the used market !

What frame are you after? 17'' seems to be the most common size IMO.

In particular I am looking for a nice Disc brake Ti frame in 16"

It's a real bummer being a shortarse to be fair. The amount of frames on here that have been for sale that I lust after but just don't fit me.
