Did they come with "O RINGS" then as I've never seen them with these little spacers and surely the caps don't need them as there's no contact with a direct surface? Also the listing says "Schrader "? I thought they only came in Presta. If these really are Schrader valve then that may explain the low final bidding price plus black is probably the worst colour due to the size of these things.
