Late this afternoon it cooled down a bit so spent a happy hour assembly bits onto the bike, brakes set up, chain rings assembled and fitted, contemplated the universe, drank beer and reflected...looking good, I think...

Doesn't everyone have bike racks outside the front of their house?

Ok I wanted to set up/test out the bike and couldn't wait, I will of course be rebuilding the front wheel with that superb NOS high flange front hub that you sold me, but not ntil after Mrs T's test ride
