RARE 90s Trek 8900 Pro Composite Carbon MTB 26" looking to sell

Forgiv

Retro Newbie
Hi, i want to sell this Trek 8900 Pro with mostly original parts, in good condition.
Here’s what the bike currently has:

  • Rock Shox fork
  • The entire drivetrain is Suntour XC PRO
  • Bullseye hubs
  • Magura Quick Silver hydraulic brakes
  • Answer A-TAC stem
  • Corratec B-Bone handlebar
  • Shimano PD-M525 pedals
  • Matrix MT-Titan ATB heat-treated wheels
  • Continental Goliath semi-slick tires
  • Selle Royal seat
  • Trek Carbon Composite frame
The bicycle is fully rideable, makes no weird noises, and shifts and brakes perfectly, but the front fork may need servicing.

What do you think my bike is worth?

Hard to say as the market is a bit depressed at the moment.
It's largely original (aside from brakes, bars, tyres, saddle, pedals as far as I can see).
Do you have the original bits somewhere, worth checking if you do.
Worth more in parts than complete sadly - as if often the case.
If you are prepared to post it you'll appeal to more.
A £500 asking price might be the ball park, but I doubt it'll fly out the door at that.
