The same reason all the frames I'm interested in are in YO postcodes whilst I'm in a GU and they are always Cash on Collection.

i disagree on couriers bein crap

i use parcels to go and city link and so far not had any issues

Se16 3dp thats the postcode of the guy so if someones close pick it up and then ill get it collected
