AFAIK, it was only 'aero' shaped tubing. The one I had was Japanese, not Ishiwata so probably a cheaper alternative.

There was a cheaper frame set as well. Lugged gas pipe sort of quality, probably chromoly Reynolds 501 sort of level. I had one about 15 years ago and did have a thread on here but the pics will be long gone. I’ve never been able to find much information about them.

I remember it had quite an aggressive geometry and was very fast for what was basically a low end frame.

Yeah, mine was black. Might have been metallic black. It looked pretty cool until the rust set in... I always thought aerospace referred to the lugless, 'aero' build, who knows!?

I don’t remember seeing an aero-section tubeset from them. ‘Aerospace’ was their USP grade of steel they used, based on their aerospace background.
