Wanted Random bits: headset, spacers, plugs, chain, seatpost, clamp, pedals

I’m looking to get my 2008 Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo finally on the road using leftovers and I need quite a shopping list of random parts which one of you may have a couple of?
Trying to keep costs to an absolute minimum

Still Wanted:
- A cheap serviceable 1 & 1/8” headset in black or pref white (thread less)
- Any old Basic/bashed bar end plugs
- A serviceable 9 speed chain (quick link?)
- A silver or pref black 27.2 seatpost with some layback
- Tan charge spoon saddle or similar
- Some 1” headset spacers (5-10mm) in silver, blue or white

Sorted
- A set (or even 1) of non-QR MTB wheel skewers
- A cheap set of any disc brakes (hopefully sorted!)
- Cheap pedals, platform type (hopefully sorted!)
- One 31.9 non-QR seat clamp
- Decent (preferably new) Canti brake pads x2 or x 4 (sorted)
- A mini pump with mounting bracket (sorted)
- Maybe a set/single 26” non-disc rim(s) [edit- I meant wheels] - maybe (sorted)
- 2 bells, pref one blue (sorted)

I have a 26 x 1.9 schwalbe black jack, tread and beading good but side walls showing age/cracking, brake pads, dock bracket and bell

Black Wellgo platforms - really smooth in tidy used condition £10 posted.
Can chuck in some SRAM Level disc brake levers and callipers - one seems OK, the other has no hose (came in a box of bits from a pal untested), plus a black ETC seatclamp.
